Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking details through Track Order at the bottom of our website.
Order Status Guide
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ordered | Your order has been successfully placed. |
| Preparation by the Brand | The vendor is processing and preparing your order. Pre-order / Made-to-order items may stay in this stage 5–10 days longer than standard items. |
| Shipped by the Brand | The vendor has shipped your item to the W Messenger Center. Tracking becomes available within 3–4 business days. If there is no update after 4 days, please contact us. |
| Arrived at W Messenger Center | Your item has arrived at our logistics center (S. Korea or US). |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is preparing to leave our center. Tracking will update within 1–2 business days. |
| On The Way | Your package is in transit. Tracking is now active. If you don’t see tracking, please check your spam/junk folder. |
| Delivered | Your order has been successfully delivered. |
Partial Shipments
If your order arrives in multiple packages, don’t worry.
To get items to you faster, we ship available products first.
Remaining items will ship as soon as they’re ready.
