If you are unsure whether your return package has been delivered to us, please follow the steps below.
For all customers (U.S. & International)

Track your return using the UPS tracking number provided on your return label to confirm delivery to W Concept.

Once your package shows as delivered, please allow 1–5 business days for our returns department to complete processing.

After processing is completed, refunds typically take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If you still do not see your refund after this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with a status check.
